CHARGES & SHIPPING POLICY

Any order of $150 or above will ship free of charge.
All orders under $150 will accrue a shipping charge of $10
Merchandise in stock will usually ship within 2 business days, and China between 7 days and 2 weeks.
Merchandise that is not in our stock and needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, will ship within 2-6 weeks if the manufacturer has it in stock.
We can sometimes provide a rush shipment for an additional fee. A rush shipment must be requested by email or phone.
A deposit of 50% will be charged upon receipt of order and balance will be charged upon shipping of merchandise.
Sometimes we receive and ship a portion of your order, we may then charge a second smaller deposit before shipping the balance of your order.
Merchandise out of stock at the manufacturer and special custom orders may take 6-12 months. We will advise via email the status of your order. These orders will be charged in full at the time your order is placed with us.
These orders cannot be cancelled or returned and are not refundable.
 
RETURN POLICY
 
Many items in our huge selection that we feature on our site have to be special ordered for you and may not be cancelled or returned. We will notify you via email if your order falls within this category.
All returns and cancelled orders will incur a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. You must call our customer service department at 718-438-2522 or email your request at service@continentaltableset.com for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be affixed on the front of the package in bold black letters. Any return not bearing a noticeable return authorization number will be refused. All returns must be unused and in original manufacturers packaging and shipping carton. All merchandise must be fully insured and returned at customer’s expense. After safe return of merchandise, the customer will be refunded for items returned minus a 25% restocking fee and our original shipping charges. The refund will be made to the original credit card charged. Gifts may be returned for a store credit less a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost.
 
BROKEN & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
 
All claims for broken or damaged merchandise must be made within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. All packing materials and carton must be kept in order for  inspection by carrier. Please email us at service@continentaltableset.com or call our customer service department at 718-438-2522 and we will assist you in replacing your merchandise.

PRICE CHANGES AND UNAVAILIBILITY OF MERCHANDISE
 
Our suppliers are constantly updating their merchandise and making price changes. We reserve the right to change our prices accordingly without prior notice.
 
Due to the large amount of items carried on our website, we can miss occasional price changes and merchandise updates.  You will be informed of any price increase or the unavailability or discontinuation of an item and you will be able to act accordingly.
 
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we notice a typographical or pricing error. We will notify you if that occurs.
 
COLORS
 
We  have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors shown on our website, however, the color you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display will be accurate. Please keep this in mind especially when matching or adding to an existing set.

PRIVACY POLICY

We pledge to all our customers that all personal information is secure and held confidential at all times.
We do not sell any disclosures or rent out our lists to 3rd party.
